BUG: Custom providers don't have separately maintained model lists

Just discovered what sure looks like a bug. I’ve defined several AI providers, four of which are “custom”: OrcaRouter, DeepInfra, AI Reiter, NanoGPT. Base URLs and API keys validated fine, and the providers and their models appear in the top dropdown model menu.

Except that all of the custom providers offer exactly the same models, which is emphatically not the case: the difference in the different models and prices is why I linked to different providers.

Seems to be some sort of syncing or sharing issue, where the first custom provider’s model list carries over to the others.
