Sort Projects In Sidebar

I’m using Elvean 1.2.28 on an M5 MacBook Air. I’ve generated projects over the weeks in a random fashion and now I want them to sort logically in the sidebar. I’ve read about alphabetical sorting as well as click-drag manually re-ordering in the results of Google searches. However, I have not figured out how to do this. Seems like a basic ask. What am I missing? Thanks in advance!
